Usage Fee and Billing Sample Clauses

The Usage Fee and Billing clause defines how charges for the use of goods, services, or software are calculated and invoiced. Typically, it outlines the basis for determining fees—such as per unit, per hour, or subscription—and specifies the billing cycle, payment methods, and due dates. This clause ensures both parties understand the financial obligations involved, reducing the risk of disputes over payments and providing a clear framework for managing ongoing costs.
