Usage Charge. Usage charges/club subscription (Usage Charge) for using facilities at the Residents Club may be charged and revised from time to time by the Vendor or the Association, upon formation as per Club Rules. Guest charges, as applicable may also be charged by the Vendor or the Association, upon formation as per Club Rules. These usage charges will be applicable even during the period the advance maintenance charge are effective.
