Common use of U.S. Persons Clause in Contracts

U.S. Persons. Any U.S. Person is prohibited from accessing the Channels, the Content and/or otherwise using any service provided by the Exchange in relation to the Channels and/or the Content (the “Services”). The Exchange reserves the right to restrict your access to the Channels and/or the Content if you are found to: 3.8.1 be accessing the Channels, Content and/or the Services from the United States; 3.8.2 have given false representations as to your location, place of incorporation or establishment, citizenship or place of residence, or 3.8.3 be trading or facilitating access to the Channels and/or the Content on behalf of a U.S. Person.
