U.S. Patriot Act/OFAC Notice. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each Person who establishes a formal relationship with such institution. Therefore, when Borrower enters into this business relationship with Bank, Bank will ask Borrower or its officers or owners their name, address, date of birth (for individuals) and other pertinent information that will allow Bank to identify Borrower. Bank may also ask to see Borrower’s organizational documents or other identifying information.
