U.S. Export Controls. Vista acknowledges and gives GDE its assurances that it will not export, or cause to be re-exported, any of the Licensed Products or any direct products thereof, to any country unless such export, or re-export, is expressly authorized and approved by the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations.
