Common use of U.S. COMPETITIVENESS Clause in Contracts

U.S. COMPETITIVENESS. The Parties agree that a purpose of this CRADA is to provide substantial benefit to the U.S. economy. With respect to any licensing and assignments of the Intellectual Property arising from this CRADA, the Parties agrees to follow any U.S. Industrial Competitiveness and/or U.S. Preference provisions of their Prime Contract or Award.

With respect To the extent feasible, the parties agree to any licensing and assignments of exercise reasonable efforts to manufacture substantially in the Intellectual Property arising from United States products embodying intellectual property developed under this CRADA, the Parties agrees to follow any U.S. Industrial Competitiveness and/or U.S. Preference provisions of their Prime Contract or Award.
