Common use of US Advances Clause in Contracts

US Advances. The U.S. Borrower may prepay the principal of any U.S. Advance at any time in whole or in part, without premium or penalty. Any amounts prepaid may be reborrowed, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
