Urgent Works. If any urgent work (in respect of which the decision of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and binding) becomes necessary, the contractor shall execute the same as may be directed by Engineer-in-Charge, provided the directions are in accordance and confirmatory with provisions in Clause β 8.
