Urgent replacement. In exceptional circumstances Purchaser may require urgent replacement of the hardware equipment defined as Category 2 or Category 3. The request could either come from a telephone call or from the ordinary Swap repair routine. In both cases Purchaser has to state that this repair should be treated as urgent. Supplier shall in these cases use its best efforts do dispatch a replacement Unit to the Purchaser’s nominated delivery address as soon as possible. When Purchaser requires urgent replacement by telephone, the request has to be confirmed by fax or e-mail within 1 working day.
