Urgent Modifications. Where any Modification is proposed to this Agreement under this Clause 7, which the Panel considers to be of an urgent nature and should be accepted, the Panel may decide, by a simple majority, to reduce the timescales set out in this Clause 7 accordingly.
Urgent Modifications. Urgent Modifications are handled with an abbreviated process in timings and steps. This process is applied out of the Operational Procedures but as a consequence of a decision of the CCB/OPSCOM for the implementation of an urgent, non-blocking issue in a very short period of time. In such case the NEMO DA SC must be notified and validates post factum.
