Common use of Urgent Concurrent Reviews Clause in Contracts

Urgent Concurrent Reviews. For concurrent reviews that involve an extension of urgent care, if the request for coverage is made at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of a previously approved treatment, We will make a determination and provide notice to You (or Your designee) and Your Provider by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the request.
