Uptime Service Commitment Sample Clauses
Uptime Service Commitment. (a) Data Republic will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Data Republic Platform available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage (defined below) of at least 99.50% during any monthly billing cycle.
(b) For the purposes of this Schedule:
Uptime Service Commitment. (a) Data Republic will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Data Republic Senate Platform available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage (defined below) of at least 99.50% during any monthly billing cycle.
(b) For the purposes of this Schedule:
(i) Monthly Uptime Percentage for the Data Republic Senate Platform is calculated by subtracting from 100% the percentage of 1 minute periods during the monthly billing cycle in which the Data Republic Senate Platform was Unavailable. Monthly Uptime Percentage measurements exclude downtime resulting directly or indirectly from any scheduled outage.
(ii) Unavailable means that all connection requests to the running Data Republic Senate Platform fail during a 1-minute period.
Uptime Service Commitment. The Product shall be available for access by Authorized Users, except for scheduled downtimes and required repairs as detailed in this Section. The Product shall be available at least 99.97 % of the time during prime service hours, which are Monday through Friday 7:00AM until 10:59PM Eastern Standard Time exclusive of Customer holidays ("Prime Service Hours"). Uptime Service Commitment. Customers who subscribe to WeSolve Plans covered by this SLA (set forth below) will be entitled to Credits for any Unavailability that fails to meet the Monthly Uptime Percentage. The SLA does not provide any uptime service commitment guarantees for Customers that are not on a paid Subscription of WeSolve.
