Uptime Commitment. 6.1 The Provider shall use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Platform is available 99% of the time during each calendar month, subject to Paragraph 8. 6.2 The Provider shall arrange for a monitoring of the availability of the Platform, to be available to the Customer upon request.
