Upstream Product Data Sample Clauses

Upstream Product Data. From time to time and pursuant to such process and schedule as shall be agreed to by the JDC, Upstream shall deliver or provide access to Maruho (including rights of reference) the Upstream Product Data, for the sole purpose of exercising its rights and performing its obligations in Japan under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Upstream shall make available to Maruho any other data reasonably requested by the Maruho JDC Representatives.
