Common use of UPPER LIMITS Clause in Contracts

UPPER LIMITS. Within the total AGREEMENT amount, there are separate upper limits for labor (which includes the labor multiplier, QC/QA, and Phase III if applicable) and direct costs that cannot be exceeded.
