Common use of Upper Limit Clause in Contracts

Upper Limit. In consideration for performing the activities described in Article III, CCG shall submit one advance payment to Subrecipient and cost reimbursement thereafter pursuant to 2 C.F.R. §200.305(b) for allowable costs (as defined at 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (Subpart E) up to a total amount not to exceed the maximum (or “ceiling”) amount listed in $400,000 per Exhibit B.
