Upon Vacancy. Upon the vacancy after the Restriction Period of any Unit that is subject to Rent Stabilization, the Owner shall continue to comply with Rent Stabilization with respect to the Unit as described in Section 5.02.
Upon Vacancy. During the last ninety (90) days of the term of this Lease, if during or prior to that time Tenant vacates the leased premises, Lessor shall have the right to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the leased premises for occupancy.
