Upon the Buyer's request. the Seller may also provide certain training at a location other than the Seller's Training Center or Affiliated Training Centers, including one of the Buyer's bases, if and when practicable for the Seller, under terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon. In this event, all additional charges listed in Clause 16.6.2 shall be borne by the Buyer.
