Upon Testing Sample Clauses

Upon Testing the Representatives will prepare a check-list of all defects and other items to be completed or corrected by iAdvantage ("Punch List") prior to Final Acceptance (as that term is defined in clause 10.4) . The Representatives will use their best efforts to complete the Punch List prior to Substantial Completion.
