Upon request by Compass. BA will make available to Compass a directory list of relevant NXX codes, the close dates, publishing data, yellow page headings and call guide close dates on the same basis as such information is provided to BA’s own business offices.
Upon request by Compass the Borrower shall provide to Compass copies of all filings of any issuer of Collateral and correspondence with any securities authority, together with such other financial and other information regarding the Borrower, the issuer(s) of all Collateral and their respective businesses, affairs, and conditions as Compass may from time to time request;
