Upon Early Settlement of Purchase Contracts. by a Holder of the related Units, the Company shall issue, and the Holder shall be entitled to receive, a number of newly‑issued shares of Common Stock (or in the case of an Early Settlement following a Reorganization Event, a number of Exchange Property Units) equal to the Minimum Settlement Rate for each Purchase Contract as to which Early Settlement is effected.
