Upon Completion of a Feasibility Study Clause Samples
The 'Upon Completion of a Feasibility Study' clause defines the actions or obligations that become effective once a feasibility study has been finalized. Typically, this clause outlines the next steps for the parties, such as proceeding with a project, making investment decisions, or triggering certain rights or payments, depending on the study's outcome. Its core function is to provide a clear transition point in an agreement, ensuring that both parties understand what is required or permitted once the feasibility assessment is complete, thereby reducing uncertainty and facilitating project planning.
