UPGRADE WARRANTY Sample Clauses

UPGRADE WARRANTY. In the event any MCT or component is upgraded for purposes of refurbishment or to add a feature, such upgrade will be completed in accordance with QUALCOMM's Advance Replace RMA Procedure, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Any such upgraded MCT or component shall be subject to the remaining Warranty term applicable to the upgraded MCT or component, or if such item was not covered by Warranty, such MCT or component shall be covered by a sixty (60) day upgrade warranty beginning as of the date such upgrade is shipped.
