Upgrade Products Clause Samples
The "Upgrade Products" clause defines the terms under which a party may provide or receive improved or newer versions of products covered by the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for offering upgrades, any associated costs, eligibility criteria, and the timing or frequency of such upgrades. For example, it may specify whether upgrades are included as part of a maintenance plan or require separate purchase. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding product enhancements, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying expectations around product lifecycle management.
