Common use of Upfront Fees Clause in Contracts

Upfront Fees. On the Closing Date, Borrowers shall pay to Administrative Agent, for the account of the Lenders, the Upfront Fees as set forth in the Fee Letter, all of which shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times set forth therein.
