Common use of Updates; Reports Clause in Contracts

Updates; Reports. During the Option Term, Array shall provide Celgene with regular updates no less than once a month on the results of the Discovery Program. Such updates shall be conducted by telephone or video-conference, and prior to each such update, Array shall provide Celgene with a written summary of the activities conducted under the Discovery Program for the preceding calendar month and supporting data related thereto. Celgene shall have the right to reasonably request and to receive in a timely manner clarifications and answers to questions with respect to such reports.
