Common use of Updated Standards Clause in Contracts

Updated Standards. At the request of the Owner's Representative, Contractor may submit a Change Order proposal where applicable code or standard has been revised and reissued after the date of the Contract Documents and before performance of Work affected. The Owner's Representative will decide whether to issue a Change Order to proceed with the updated standard.
