Updated Project Schedule. After approval of the proposed Project Schedule, the Contractor shall prepare on a monthly basis, or more or less frequently as Princeton University may require, an “Updated Project Schedule” that shall document the current schedule status of the Work of the Project and incorporate changes based on actual progress and new or more reliable information. Updated Project Schedule(s) shall be subject to Princeton University’s written approval, shall not change the previously established Required Substantial Completion Date or any of the Schedule Milestones, and shall not be binding upon Princeton University in any manner unless or until Princeton University has approved such Updated Project Schedule, subject to any qualifications in such approval and all other terms of this Contract. Notwithstanding the preceding or any approvals by Princeton University of any Updated Project Schedules or anything in this Contract to the contrary, any change to the Required Substantial Completion Date or any of the Schedule Milestones shall only be pursuant to a Change Order signed by Princeton University. The term Project Schedule as used throughout the Contract shall include any Updated Project Schedules approved in writing by Princeton University.

Any change to the Scheduled Completion Date or Schedule Milestones must be pursuant to Change Order.
Updated Project Schedule. Description The Updated Project Schedule will: • Detail all known project tasks, effort hour estimates, task resource assignments, percent of the project that is complete, proposed task begin and end dates, and proposed start and end dates for the project; • Include earned value and other requirements in accordance with Chapter 74-1, F.A.C. • Be baselined with the starting information approved by OAG; • Be developed and submitted in an .mpp and .pdf format; • Accurately reflect the schedule, deliverables, review process, and tasks as defined in the Project Plan. • Be developed according to PMI standards and the Schedule Management section of the Project Plan. Component Details This deliverable will consist of a MS Word document and supporting MS Project attachment. The Updated Project Schedule will further elaborate the Work Breakdown Structure defined in the Project Plan by Phase, Subphase and Deliverable for the ITMP Project Phase III. Accompanying Tasks The Updated Project Schedule will be verified and validated against the schedule standards defined in the Schedule Management section of the Project Plan. Documentation to Establish Completion The deliverable to be provided is detailed in the Component Detail section above. The Contractor will submit a monthly report detailing all progress on any pending deliverable, with its monthly invoice. Initial Submission Date 6-Oct-20 Due Date 26-Oct-20 Deliverable: #3.02 Updated Project Schedule Attachment B Pricing $147,347.00 Performance Measure Successful completion and on-time delivery of the Updated Project Schedule with required standards met from the Project Plan. Financial Consequences For each business day the deliverable is late or not as specified, which includes not being approved by the OAG, a financial consequence in the form of a reduction of one percent per business day will be assessed on the payment for that deliverable for the first five days the deliverable is not submitted as specified. For every business day after five days the deliverable is not submitted as specified the financial consequence assessed will be $250 per business day.
Updated Project Schedule. Architect shall keep the Project Schedule (Exhibit “D”) updated on a monthly basis showing all changes to the Project Schedule.
Updated Project Schedule. Any time extension granted under this ARTICLE 5 shall be included in Contractor's latest update of the Project Schedule and the schedule adjusted appropriately thereby.

Updated Project Schedule. The Lenders shall have received an Updated Project Schedule. The Updated Project Schedule shall be deemed approved and become the Approved Project Schedule so long as Conversion Completion continues to be projected to be achieved by the Date Certain. In the event that such Updated Project Schedule shall not be deemed approved as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, such Updated Project Schedule shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the Required Lenders, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Failure by the Required Lenders to approve or disapprove any such Updated Project Schedule within fourteen (14) days after receipt thereof shall be deemed to be an approval by the Required Lenders of such draft as the Approved Project Schedule.
Updated Project Schedule. The Work Plan shall include a schedule consistent with Attachment 2 of this SOW that provides dates for deliverables and other critical path activities required for the RI/FS. The schedule shall include time for EPA and State review of written deliverables and for meetings with EPA representatives when appropriate.
Updated Project Schedule. A recovery or updated Project Schedule and any affected School Site Schedule(s) of Work must be submitted.
