UPDATE POLICY. Grove Software may create, from time to time, updated versions of the Software. At its option, Grove Software may make such updates available to Licensee upon such terms and conditions as it determines are appropriate.

If additional licences are added to an existing server with a valid support agreement, the term of additional licences support will be coterminous with that of the existing server support.
6.3 Updated versions of software or change of platform licences will only be provided to customers with a current, valid software maintenance agreement.
UPDATE POLICY. 5.1 If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electric creates updated or upgraded versions, or offers add-on components, of the Software Product, it will not be obligated to supply them to You, unless You have a valid maintenance agreement with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electric or its authorised reseller.
5.2 If You are entitled to receive updated or upgraded versions, or add-on components of the Software Product, such shall be subject to the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ as such terms may have evolved at the time of supply of any update, upgrade or add-on.
5.3 Some Software Products covered by this ▇▇▇▇ include a software utility (hereinafter “Software Update Utility”). Its functions are (i) to notify You of a download availability of an update, an upgrade or a new version of the Software Product; (ii) to allow You to download them, provided that You pay associated fees, if any; and (iii) to improve Your experience in the Software Products whilst enabling ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electric to collect and process relevant information related to Your use of the Software Products. These functions are active by default and may be disabled from the settings of the Software Update Utility. A reference to the Software Product in this ▇▇▇▇ will be deemed to include a reference to the Software Update Utility.
5.4 If You are entitled to receive any updated, upgraded or new version, or add-on components of a Software Product, You are encouraged to implement them so as to take advantages of new features, enhancements or bug fixes contained in such updated, upgraded, or new version, or add-on.
5.5 A reference to the Software Product in this ▇▇▇▇ will be deemed to include a reference to any updated, upgraded, new version or add-on of the Software Product provided to You by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electric or its authorised reseller.
UPDATE POLICY. Perle may create, from time to time, updated versions of the SOFTWARE. At Perle's option, such updates may be available only on paying an update fee.
