Common use of Update Certificate Clause in Contracts

Update Certificate. The Company shall have received a favorable certificate, dated the Closing Date, signed by Buyer as to the matters set forth in Sections 8.2 and 8.3.

Update Certificate. The Company and the Company Shareholders shall have received a favorable certificatecertificate or certificates, dated the Closing Date, signed by Buyer as Broo▇▇ ▇▇ to the matters set forth in Sections 8.2 8.1 and 8.38.2.
