Update Bidder Information Clause Samples

Update Bidder Information promptly notify APD in writing if it becomes aware: (i) of information which should have been but was not included in the Bidder Information, and promptly provide APD with the omitted information; or‌ (ii) that the Bidder Information is or has become misleading or deceptive in any material respect (whether by omission or otherwise), or otherwise does not comply with applicable laws, ASIC Regulatory Guide 60, ASIC Regulatory Guide 74, Takeovers Panel guidance notes and the Listing Rules, and promptly provide APD with all information necessary to ensure the Bidder Information complies with applicable laws and is not false or misleading in any material respect (whether by omission or otherwise);
