Common use of UPC Broadband Operations B Clause in Contracts

UPC Broadband Operations B. V. (the Existing T Lender) agrees to novate and [ ] (the New T Lender) agrees to accept the novation on the Effective Date of all the Existing T Lender’s rights and obligations referred to in the Schedule in accordance with Clause 26.3 (Procedure for novations) of the Credit Agreement and clause 9.3 (Transfers by the Lenders) of the Security Deed.
