Unsupported Transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, Contractor cannot guarantee that it will have knowledge of agreements between AT&T and AT&T suppliers and cannot guarantee that the price charged by Contractor for material will be the same price as that which AT&T may have in its agreement with an AT&T supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, the following transactions shall not be required by AT&T of Contractor and nor shall they be authorized by AT&T.
