Common use of Unsupervised Software Clause in Contracts

Unsupervised Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Customer’s payment of all applicable Fees (defined below), Unsupervised will provide the Offerings set forth in one or more mutually agreed upon written orders (each an “Order”) specifying the licenses to Unsupervised’s on- premise software (the “Software”) and support services (“Support”) ordered by Customer under this Agreement (collectively, the “Offerings”). To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and an Order, this Agreement will control, except to the extent an Order expressly identifies a provision of the Agreement to be superseded by the Order.

Unsupervised Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Customer’s payment of all applicable Fees (defined below), Unsupervised will provide the Offerings set forth in one or more mutually agreed upon written orders (each an “Order”) specifying the licenses to Unsupervised’s on- premise software (the “Software”) and ), access rights to the Unsupervised software-as-a-service platform (the “Platform”), support services (“Support”), and professional services (“Professional Services” and, together with Support, “Services”) ordered by Customer under this Agreement (collectively, the “Offerings”). To the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and an Order, this Agreement will control, except to the extent an Order expressly identifies a provision of the Agreement to be superseded by the Order.
