Unsecured Obligations. Guarantor hereby acknowledges that the obligations of Guarantor under this Agreement are not secured by the lien of the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents, it being the intent of Lender to create separate obligations of Guarantor hereunder which can be enforced against Guarantor without regard to the existence of the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents or the liens or security interests created therein.
