Unsatisfied Judgment Sample Clauses

Unsatisfied Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money aggregating in excess of $75,000,000 (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant insurer has not denied coverage thereof) is or are outstanding against the Company or any Material Subsidiary and any one of such judgments has been outstanding for more than 30 days from the date of its entry and has not been discharged in full or stayed.

Unsatisfied Judgment. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against Borrower or Guarantor involving in the aggregate a liability (not paid or fully covered by insurance) of $100,000 or more in the case of Borrower or $5,000,000 or more in the case of Guarantor, and all such judgments or decrees shall not have been vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days from the entry thereof; or
