Unsatisfied Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money aggregating in excess of $75,000,000 (excluding amounts covered by insurance to the extent the relevant insurer has not denied coverage thereof) is or are outstanding against the Company or any Material Subsidiary and any one of such judgments has been outstanding for more than 30 days from the date of its entry and has not been discharged in full or stayed.
Unsatisfied Judgment. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against Borrower or Guarantor involving in the aggregate a liability (not paid or fully covered by insurance) of $100,000 or more in the case of Borrower or $5,000,000 or more in the case of Guarantor, and all such judgments or decrees shall not have been vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 60 days from the entry thereof; or
Unsatisfied Judgment. One or more judgment(s) or order(s) for the payment of an aggregate amount of no less than US$10,000,000 is rendered against the Company or its Subsidiaries and continue(s) unappealed, unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days after the date(s) thereof or, if later, the date therein specified for payment.
Unsatisfied Judgment. A final, nonappealable judgment by any competent court in the United States of America for the payment of money in an amount in excess of $1,000,000 shall be rendered against any LEAF Party and the same remains undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days after the entry thereof; or
Unsatisfied Judgment. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against Borrower; or
Unsatisfied Judgment. The entry of any judgment or order against the Developer which remains unsatisfied or undischarged and in effect for sixty (60) days after such entry without a stay of enforcement or execution, the effect of which would have a material adverse effect on the ability of the Developer to perform its obligations under this Agreement;
Unsatisfied Judgment. A final, nonappealable judgment by any competent court in the United States of America for the payment of money in an amount in excess of $100,000 shall be rendered against any TFC Party and the same remains undischarged for a period of sixty (60) days after the entry thereof; or
Unsatisfied Judgment. Any final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $20 million either individually or in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Sponsor and shall remain unpaid, unstayed on appeal, undischarged, unbonded or undismissed for a period of 30 days after the date of entry thereof; and
Unsatisfied Judgment a judgment or order for the payment of any amount is rendered against the Issuer and continues unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of 30 days after the date thereof or, if later, the date therein specified for payment; or
Unsatisfied Judgment. A final judgment or order for the payment of RMB100,000,000 (or the foreign currency equivalent thereof) or more (excluding any amounts covered by insurance) rendered against any Group Company, which judgment is not paid, bonded or otherwise discharged or stayed within forty-five (45) days after (i) the date on which the right to appeal thereof has expired if no such appeal has commenced, or (ii) the date on which all rights to appeal have been extinguished.
