Common use of Unsatisfactory Tests Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfactory Tests. Should the results of any test prove unsatisfactory, or the structure shows signs of weakness, undue deflection or faulty construction, the Contractor shall remove and rebuild the member or members involved or carry out such other remedial measures as may be required by the Engineer, without any additional cost.
