Unsatisfactory or Improvement Needed. Upon receiving an “Unsatisfactory” or “Improvement Needed” evaluation, the teacher may petition the Regional Director or the Director of HR in writing to request that he/she appoint another administrator from within the charter school to conduct a supplementary assessment of the SER. The Regional Director or the Director of HR will respond to this request within ten (10) working days of receipt of the request. The review of the evaluation will take place at the earliest possible time. All supplemental written reports will be included in the bargaining unit member’s personnel file, attached to the initial report.
