Unopened Containers Clause Samples
The 'Unopened Containers' clause defines the requirements and conditions related to products or materials that remain in their original, sealed packaging. Typically, this clause specifies that only items which have not been opened, tampered with, or used are eligible for return, refund, or replacement. For example, a buyer may be allowed to return surplus goods as long as the containers are unopened and in resalable condition. The core function of this clause is to protect the seller from accepting potentially compromised goods, ensuring product integrity and simplifying the process for handling returns or exchanges.
