Unoccupied. Where the shop or parts thereof are wholly or mainly unoccupied, unfurnished or not in use by you for 21 consecutive days or more. In respect of any residential accommodation or private dwelling rooms at the shop, unoccupied means unfurnished or untenanted and not resided in regularly overnight by you or a tenant for 21 consecutive days or more. ▪ the discovery of vermin or pests; or ▪ any accident causing defects in the drains or other sanitary arrangements at the shop which causes restrictions on the use of the shop on the order or advice of the competent local authority.
