Unloading Specifications. If all Product meets the relevant specifications set forth in Exhibit B when it enters the Terminal, it is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that all Products leaving the Terminal shall meet the same relevant specifications, and shall not leave the Terminal with different specifications.
