Unlicensed Usage. If an action to verify compliance with this Agreement reveals unlicensed use, AudioCodes shall reserve the right to charge the Customer 125% of the agreed per month price of each user. AudioCodes will presume that such unreported use began upon commencement of each user being provisioned, unless Customer reasonably demonstrates a different scope and duration.
