Unknown Facts. The Parties hereby acknowledge that they may hereafter discover facts different from, or in addition to, those which they now claim or believe to be true with respect to the Claims released herein, the recitals, or any facts related to any matter whatsoever between the Parties, and agree that this MOU shall be and remain effective in all respects notwithstanding the discovery of such different or additional facts.
