University Approved Program Sample Clauses

The 'University Approved Program' clause defines what constitutes a program, course, or activity that has been formally authorized by the university. This typically means that only those programs which have received official endorsement or accreditation from the university's governing bodies are covered under the agreement. For example, a study abroad trip or a research project would need to be listed or recognized by the university to qualify. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only legitimate, university-sanctioned activities are included, thereby clarifying the scope of the agreement and preventing misunderstandings about what is covered.
