Universal Security Exhibit Sample Clauses

Universal Security Exhibit. If the MSA is not already subject to the Universal Security Exhibit (“Security Exhibit”), then the Security Exhibit currently located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en- us/legal/universal-contract-terms-and-conditions/index.html will supersede and replace all prior versions of security exhibits. All references in the Agreement (including in any Order Form) to “Workday Security Exhibit”, “Security Exhibit”, “Workday Universal Security Exhibit”, or “Universal Security Exhibit” will be deemed to be references to the Security Exhibit. The Security Exhibit may be updated by Workday from time to time. No update will materially decrease the protections provided by the controls set forth in the Security Exhibit during the Term.
