Units and Tablets Clause Samples
The "Units and Tablets" clause defines how quantities of products, specifically those measured in units or tablets, are to be counted and delivered under the agreement. It typically clarifies whether partial units are acceptable, how rounding is handled, and what constitutes a complete unit or tablet for the purposes of fulfillment and invoicing. Units and Tablets. A fee of $7 per day applies for the hire of a GPS unit. Fees are payable up to a maximum of 20 days, thereafter no fees apply (maximum $140).
