Common use of UNITIZED SUBSTANCES Clause in Contracts

UNITIZED SUBSTANCES. All oil, gas, natural gasoline, and associated fluid hydrocarbons in any and all formations of the unitized land are unitized under the terms ofthis agreement and herein are called "unitized substances".
