United Nations Convention Sample Clauses

United Nations Convention. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no application to, and shall be of no force and effect with respect to, this Agreement or the matters herein set forth or contemplated.

United Nations Convention. The parties hereby waive application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

United Nations Convention. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply in any way to this Agreement or to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or otherwise to create any rights or to impose any duties or obligations on any Party to this Agreement. Any rights which have arisen or which might in the future arise under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods are waived and released by all Parties to this Agreement.
