United Nations Convention Sample Clauses

United Nations Convention. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no application to, and shall be of no force and effect with respect to, this Agreement or the matters herein set forth or contemplated.
