Common use of Unit Stabilization Clause in Contracts

Unit Stabilization. This differential is intended to improve safety of both staff and patients by promoting the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) treatment modality. A differential of two and one-half percent (2.5%) of base salary shall be paid to eligible employees for all hours worked in CPS designated units. 1) Nurses are eligible to receive the differential when the following conditions are met: a) when they are assigned to work on a CPS designated unit at OSH, b) are employed in the classifications of Mental Health Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioners assigned the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, c) have successfully completed the CPS Tier 1 Training course,
