UNIT SERVICES. 7 A. Within the Unit at CONTRACTOR’s facility, CONTRACTOR shall provide Medical Services 8 for Custody Patients as requested or required by ADMINISTRATOR or any other person authorized in 9 accordance with this Agreement. 10 1. Within the Unit, CONTRACTOR shall provide, at a minimum, the following for Custody 11 Patients: 12 a. Eleven (11) Licensed acute hospital inpatient beds in five (5) rooms, and shall be 13 capable of being used as an isolation room for one (1) Custody Patient who requires Inpatient Services; 14 b.
